SADIES TRIX was progressive in the autumn, with back-to-back victories at Clonmel and Fairyhouse, and might be able to regain the winning thread. She couldn't cope in a higher grade of handicap at Leopardstown over Christmas, but remains unexposed and will appreciate the drop in class. Bumper winner Silk Worm is still looking for a breakthrough win over hurdles but comes here in form after two good runner-up efforts. Mc Alpine travelled best to lead jumping the last at Naas before being reeled in on the run-in, and the sharper track will help him. Loudest Whisper was a consistent dual-purpose performer last year and is respected, although she might be all the better for this first outing since October.
