Willie Mullins and Rachael Blackmore team up here with SAYO and he looks capable of landing a Flat handicap off his current mark. The grey was a faller over timber at Punchestown last time but had run really well to finish fourth in the Coral Cup at Cheltenham the time before. He was a winner on the Flat in his native France and ran well when second in the Apprentice Derby at the Curragh last June. He has a 2lb higher mark here. A couple come into this in winning form. Merroir justified good support when running out a convincing winner in Gowran last time and has to defy a 9lb hike now. Hook Head stepped forward on previous form when scoring at Navan last month and Jim Bolger takes 5lb off his back now after he went up 4lb for that win.
