KARLSBERG won here over 7f in August, is an improving filly who should cope with a 5lbs hike, with forecast softening of the ground to suit. The seventh and 11th placed horses behind her won handicaps subsequently and being out of a winning dam whose half-sister was a Group 3 winner, is capable of more, with connections waiting for today's ideal ground to run. Pretty Smart won over course and distance in August and while yet to place in two handicap runs rated in the 70s, will be suited to easy ground. Screen Siren won here in June and while her best form is at 5f, is also well suited to soft. Notoriously Risky also likes easy ground and while a nine-race maiden, has run well in two handicaps. Chitra, a seven-time UK winner, seems fairly ground-versatile and stays 6f while course winner Roxette is consistent and was second to Pretty Smart over this trip on soft ground in August. Noirvento, a five-time winner at this trip, was well held on her latest runs while Betrayed, a three-time distance winner, is a busy 3yo who continues to run well. Dragons Call disappointed in cheek-pieces at Navan latest.
