Miss Heritage went close in a mares' handicap hurdle at Newbury last time and is interesting off the same mark in this, while Rowland Ward is 1lb lower than when second in a four-runner handicap at Market Rasen last month. Both have strong claims in this, but perhaps BLACKO can find his form of last year following wind surgery. Alan King's charge has disappointed twice this season but won a juvenile hurdle in good style here last year and a return to that level could see him well handicapped here. Sir Valentine also has claims on last year's form, having run some solid races in defeat over fences this term.
