A few of these have a point to prove after poor efforts last time. Captain Moirette has had a disappointing season so far, falling at Catterick nine days ago and Sue Smith has reached for the cheekpieces now with this son of Kap Rock. Crypto was a beaten favourite at Chepstow last month when third, although he was beaten by 23 lengths. This looks a nice opportunity for VICTORY ECHO, who looked unfortunate when brought down at Ayr earlier this month. The eight-year-old was well backed last time and previously scored at Newcastle in impressive fashion.
