The step back up to a mile is unlikely to be an issue for the four-year-old, who is capable of getting his head back in front. Ventura Rascal won a claimer on his most recent outing at Catterick and he is capable of a decent showing along with Corndavon Lad, whose consistency warrants him a place on the shortlist.
