GLOBAL EQUITY has been performing with credit in some very hot mares' races and should be hard to beat now dropping back into maiden company. She was last seen finishing fifth behind Skyace in the Grade 1 at Fairyhouse earlier this month while she has also been runner-up in Listed company this season. With a mark of 125 she sets a fair standard. Marmolata is an interesting one making her first start for Willie Mullins. The Palavicini mare was placed in three maidens hurdles last summer but would appear to have a fair bit to find with the selection off an official mark of 104. Eyre Square was impressive when taking a point-to-point bumper at Wexford last month and having had jumping experience 'between the flags' she is another to consider. Rachael Blackmore takes the mount on An Taibhse who has been placed on both her starts and she could get involved again in a hot enough heat.

This looks the weaker of the two divisions and SIT DOWN LUCY may be worth a shot on her hurdling debut. She shaped with plenty of promise when chasing home a decent sort in Delvino on her debut in a Down Royal bumper in March 2020 and wasn't disgraced when third in testing conditions at Cork subsequently. Better ground now may help the daughter of Doyen who has shown ability. Roxanya has been placed in a couple of bumpers across the water this season and has to be respected given the form of her yard. Rambling Rose stepped forward when chasing home The West Awaits at Cork earlier in the month and the fact that she has jumping experience looks a plus for her. The Mouse Morris-trained Robin Scherbatsky looks a newcomer to note in the market.

CAPTAIN KANGAROO has an official rating of 126 and should be good enough to get his head in front now over timber. The Mastercraftsman gelding won his bumper in good style last season and was in the money on his first four outings over hurdles. He was last seen finishing mid-division in the County Hurdle at Cheltenham and this looks an easier task now. Not Available is an obvious threat having been placed twice in decent maiden hurdles. He was turned over at a short price in Tramore on New Year's Day but ran into a decent sort in Mr Coldstone then. Smokey The Bandit was also runner-up last time but was beaten a long way by Mercury Lane over three miles here last month on heavy ground. God Help Us is another that brings placed form into this and also has to come into calculations.

IL COURRA looks to have found a nice opportunity. He took a tired fall last time out at Punchestown when looking set to finish fourth and on his overall form should be good enough to collect now. The Shantou gelding had previously chased home Limestone Rock at Naas and that looks stand out form in the context of this race. Grange Island also brings solid form into this. He was beaten a fair way when third in a Clonmel bumper last month but had been closer when fourth over hurdles at the same venue prior to that. Teescomponentsyess is another obvious contender having shaped well when fourth on his hurdling debut at Fairyhouse earlier in the month.

DEFINITEADARE won well here on Thursday and may be able to secure a quick follow up win. The Court Cave gelding had run a big race on his handicap debut at Clonmel before opening his account last time. A 5lb penalty doesn't look that bad now given the way he won the other day. This doesn't look like a strong contest. Amlad was second last time and although beaten seven-and-a-half lengths it was a decent run and he has to be considered with Rachael Blackmore a notable booking. The Great White showed some decent form earlier in the season and trying better ground again now he could be one to keep an eye on.

A tricky looking contest and CHRISALDY may be worth a shot on his handicap debut. The Muhtathir gelding ran with plenty of credit when sixth in a Naas maiden hurdle in late February and on that showing a mark of 90 looks lenient enough. Odds Or Evens didn't run too badly when eighth at Leopardstown last month and it wouldn't be a surprise if he was able to get involved now in a weaker looking contest. Paul Nolan has four runners in this and Bryan Cooper's presence on Glen Robin would suggest he is the stable's first choice. The Robin Des Pres gelding was well held on his handicap debut at Cork in November but could get closer on this better ground.

SIBERIAN STAR won well when landing a nice gamble at Leopardstown last month and may be able to secure a follow up win. The Sulamani gelding was value for a bit more than his two-and-three-quarter length win when better ground brought about improvement. He went up 8lb for that and James O'Sullivan can only claim 5lb now as opposed to 7lb then. The other last time out winner Seangoell is an obvious threat. She has 6lb more to carry after winning over course and distance last month. The ground will be a lot sharper for her now. Earths Furies was beaten a fair way when third in a maiden hurdle here last month but could get involved now on his handicap debut.

He bumped into one on his penultimate start when second to Nicole's Milan, over hurdles at Clonmel. The winner got 10lb for that victory. Macs Legend went up 2lb but is still on a mark 12lb lower than his chase rating. Added Bonus has been knocking on the door and with Ambrose McCurtin taking 5lb off his back again he looks a danger.
