SERGEANT travelled like the best horse in the race at Sedgefield last time and duly obliged. That win came in a conditionals' race so he is unpenalised in this and could make it three wins in his last four starts here. Shanandoa has been running respectably since winning back-to-back races in June and has dropped to a mark just 1lb higher than when last successful, while Bagan won well in selling company two starts ago and could fare better than last time dropped back in trip.
