NO SPEED LIMIT has yet to win at this distance, but he comes here in excellent form having run well when second here last week and should compete from 4lb higher. Meishar is similarly in excellent form and goes very well on this surface. He has obvious claims on recent form, but his best form is at 6f. Anjalawi disappointed badly on her only start this year on soft ground, but that was on her first run for almost a year and returning to the all-weather over a favourable distance will suit better.

By Dark Angel and a 75,000gns Breeze-Up purchase, he is likely to be fine on this surface and this appears to be a winnable contest. Cherub Rock has ground to find with Cerro Vanguardia from their meeting here a fortnight ago, but the former could reverse that form. The daughter of Australia, who is out of an all-weather winner, was very slowly away on her debut run and, having also raced keenly, is open to plenty more progression.
