VISIBILITY returned to winning ways over the extended mile at Wolverhampton and is expected to remain competitive in the face of a 6lb rise in the ratings. Dutugamunu won cosily over track and trip off 4lb lower and is feared most, though there could also be a big run on the cards from recent Kempton scorer Al Suil Eile if he sees out this longer trip.

AHDAB had plenty in hand when striking over C&D and rates the one to beat now back in handicap company. Tintoretto steps back up in trip after finishing second over 7f at Wolverhampton and has claims, likewise Apex King, who was touched off by a neck here last month. After returning from almost five years off the track last month, Mindurownbusiness is also worth a market check.

Lady Florence and King Robert have viable place claims if putting their best foot forward, though the main danger may turn out to be Thegreyvtrain, for whom a 2lb rise for picking up the silver medal over track and trip appears fair.

TONE THE BARONE only found subsequent Listed winner Lord Riddiford narrowly too good in a handicap at Wolverhampton three weeks ago. The progressive five-year-old has only been raised 1lb for that performance and he will be difficult to beat. Blue De Vega finished third in that Listed race won by Lord Riddiford over C&D a week ago and he is a obvious threat to the selection. All of the remainder have claims, but Lihou is arguably the pick of them.

This appears to be a strong renewal of this Listed contest but preference is for MEGALLAN, who did not get a clear run when fourth in the Autumn Stakes in October. The heavy ground was against him in the Vertem Futurity on his sole subsequent start and his pedigree suggests that he should improve as a three-year-old. El Drama created a big impression when winning a decent maiden at Doncaster on debut and he should not be underestimated. Yazaman, Thank You Next and Apollo One also showed plenty of ability as juveniles.

It was not the strongest race that BREATH OF SUN won on his debut over C&D but the performance was promising and he should take plenty of beating, despite having to carry a 7lb penalty. Zwelela showed plenty of promise on her introduction but struggled in a much stronger race when last seen at Newmarket in August. Canoodled cannot be discounted, while any market support for If You Dare would have to be noted.

Devizes followed up his C&D success with a brave victory at Kempton, but could find the hat-trick beyond him now returned to handicap company. Preference is for ALMOST YOU, who made the perfect start to life in the care of Kevin Philippart De Foy in January and can follow up that triumphant first UK appearance following a fair 6lb rise. Three Dragons has some decent course form and was third over an extra furlong here recently, while Double Legend could also figure.

CARIBENO thrived on his first try at this sort trip at Newcastle to make it four wins on the bounce and is hard to oppose again, with Morgan Cole's 5lb claim negating the 4lb rise he received for that cosy half-length success. Jen's Fella is only 1lb higher than when beaten a nose in a C&D handicap recently and has to be respected. Kempton runner-up Chocolate Box is also of note.
