CAMASSIA showed plenty of potential when second on debut at Newcastle last month for George Boughey and is fancied to go one better now stepping up in trip for the rookie handler. The Holy Roman Emperor filly is bred to handle this sort of distance at least, and could capitalise under a likely patient ride from Andrea Atzeni. Horsefly outran 100-1 odds to finish fourth at Nottingham three weeks ago, making some strong late progress, while Deep Sigh could prove best of the remainder.

Moonlit Night is closely related to a few winners in Germany and will probably improve with time and distance for Sir Michael Stoute, though this looks a fair enough starting point for the daughter of Sea The Stars. Aliomaana's dam won on the all-weather, albeit over much further than this, and she might find things happening too quickly for her on debut. RIVER CHORUS couldn't quite justify strong market support when fourth on debut at Newcastle in September, but James Tate's filly still showed ability and should be all the wiser here.

ROMANTIC SONG wasn't given a hard time by William Buick when her winning chance disappeared at Newmarket last month and could reap the rewards now on all-weather debut for Charlie Appleby. A half-sister to the talented two-time winner Nonchalance, she can take this before moving onto better things. Star Jewel is a half-sister to three winners and can't be dismissed on her first outing, while fellow newcomer Royal Event is also interesting given that she is related to Group 2 winner Century Dream.
