HARB looked in need of the run when fifth in a maiden at Glorious Goodwood last month and, with the benefit of that experience, may be capable of improving in this juvenile event. He is favoured ahead of the experienced Home City, who was disqualified after passing the post first in a Newbury maiden on his latest start, while Definitive Force makes his debut for respected connections and can also make an impact.

CRIMSON SAND boasts an unbeaten record on polytrack, having been successful twice at Lingfield earlier this year, and he may be able to get back on an upward curve now switching back to this surface. Nine Tales has shown progressive form this year, winning on both of his starts at Haydock and Salisbury, and should go well on his handicap debut, while Baba Reza has a good record at this track and can also figure prominently.

A small turnout, but solid claims can be made for all four of the runners in this three-year-old contest. GEREMIA has benefitted from the addition of blinkers recently, scoring at Wolverhampton on his penultimate run before finishing a good second at Yarmouth last time. He may prove too strong for the consistent Fandabidozi, with the unexposed Dirham Emirati also afforded plenty of respect on his first run for this yard.

Sophie Ralston once again takes a handy 5lb off the mare's back and she could prove too strong for the likes of Jaffathegaffa and Puffin Island.

TIME INTERVAL was an impressive all-the-way winner over this trip on Lingfield's turf track last time and might be able to follow up on his all-weather return. A 4lb rise is fair, and he won on the Polytrack surface at Lingfield 13 months ago. Fox Leicester returns to the same trip, under the same jockey, as when winning at Lingfield two starts ago and he warrants respect, while Lady Pendragon certainly isn't out of it either.
