    Forecast:

2.25 SIRE DU BERLAIS (FR); 2.75 SUPASUNDAE; 3.00 RONALD PUMP; 8.00 CRACKING SMART (FR); 11.00 AND BETTER OTHERS.

    Preview:

SIXSHOOTER could be a shade of value with race fitness on his side. He swerved a recent engagement in a Grade 2 at Down Royal but, prior to that, he was a ready winner of an extended two-and-a-quarter-mile hurdle at Punchestown in October. He has reportedly been a slow-maturing type but certainly knows where the winning post is, having landed two bumpers and a couple of hurdle races from his seven appearances. There should be plenty more to come from him. Sire Du Berlais was last seen winning the Grade 3 Pertemps Network Final Handicap Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival in March. He has run well off a break before and has to rate a significant threat. He sets the standard with a mark of 158. Cracking Smart, Ronald Pump and Supasundae all add extra spice to the mix in what has the ingredients of a good race.
