    GRANGECLARE NATIVE fell when odds-on at Gowran but he might be able to make amends. A point-to-point winner at the start of his career, the selection can put behind the aberration from the beginning of last month, and hopefully his confidence won't have been dented. The Shantou gelding missed an engagement at Down Royal since, owing to a change in the going, and the surface here might be a little bit of a worry for him. Rachael Blackmore is aboard for the first time now and it'll be very surprising if the five-year-old isn't right there at the business end. Noel Meade always sends out a strong team at this fixture, and his pair Joshua Webb and Sellarbridge are among the dangers.
