1 Magical Survivor has avoided a mistake on two occasions and won both races. He has shown that he can open fast behind the gate. Will be hard to beat in the lead.

9 Gear Disagree was fifth in the last race in Boden and did alright. Is certainly improved by is that run.

6 Global Daylight can do better than in the last run. Has tested the short distance once before and came in second then.

12 Mr Huugo won comfortably in the last run despite longer layoff before the seasonal debut.
