    LORD ROYAL is very interesting here on his chase debut. The French import looked a potential star when scoring by a wide margin on his first outing for Willie Mullins at Clonmel back in January. He was turned over at a short price when stepped up into Grade 3 company at Punchestown on his only subsequent start but it was still a solid effort to chase home Run Wild Fred on just his third career outing. There is plenty of scope for further improvement from him. Choungaya already has a chase mark of 137 and sets the standard. That experience will be a help. The other Gigginstown gelding Eurobot has had a run over fences, when third to Smoking Gun at Punchestown last December, and is another that has to come into calculations.
