Air Assault struggled over an extended mile but beat subsequent winner Big Hearted Factor over 6 1/2f prior to it, although he was one of Macandales' victims on his 1m return in March. King Of Anything regained the winning thread last time, and Academy Bay isn't out of it, but GONE PREACHIN has developed into a really consistent performer and he gets the nod.
