    SKYCUTTER earned Triumph Hurdle quotes of around 50/1 when making a victorious start to his NH career at Wetherby. That performance was expected, thanks largely to his fourth in the November Handicap a few weeks prior, and Phil Kirby's bright prospect can take the next step up the ladder. Collingham is also one from one over timber and did all that was expected of him over C&D. The selection's stablemate Bamboo Bay showed an aptitude for jumping when fourth in a good Newcastle race and he warrants consideration too.
