KINGSTON RETREAT showed improve form when stepping to 2m5f and winning at 40/1 at Downpatrick recently and more progression is possible. She showed moderate form prior to Downpatrick but did beat two fairly able types into second and third then and while well beaten in point-to-points as a young filly, could now be well suited by staying trips. Perfect Attitude won despite being badly hampered and racing green on jumps debut at Clonmel and could also improve for a step up to three miles. Useful in bumpers, he returned from a 179 days break to win at Clonmel and while not impressive, there is room for improvement. Stablemate Fakir D'alene is proven at this distance and while he is no star and was disappointing at Galway in July, did finish 14L ahead of The Dara Man then, with The Dara Man now 7lbs worse off. The Dara Man was a useful third in a Limerick Listed race last Sunday, narrowly beating Sweet Street into fourth and both are vulnerable to more capable types. Dedanann and Brooks Falls are closely matched but need to improve to win.
