LILIKOI has shaped with promise in two appearances here this spring and a return to a mile could see David Barron's charge on the scoresheet for the first time. Grangeclare View and Trevolli have experience on their side, with Hollie Doyle an interesting booking aboard the latter. Mutawaarid shaped with encouragement when second at Wolverhampton and is a likely improver, while Castle View came up against two useful rivals at Ayr and now drops back in trip in what looks much calmer waters.

VINDOBALA relished the return to turf when successful over track and trip last month and could be good value for a 4lb rise having won a shade cosily on that occasion. Exhalation was only beaten a head when attempting to land back-to-back victories at Newcastle recently. She is considered here, along with Ed Walker's handicap debutant Petalite. Kylie Rules was a prolific winner in the early part of the 2019 season and despite struggling since, has been given a chance by the assessor.

Copper Queen has experience on her side and should be sharper for her Nottingham reappearance, while others who could make the podium include Fire In The Rain and Ella Jo.

STARDUST GAMBLER ran a fine race when second at Beverley on debut and could build on that to take this. The winner of that contest followed up at Ayr next time, while the form has been boosted further by the fourth, fifth and sixth, who have all scored since. Ruby Red was a disappointing favourite on the Westwood earlier this month, but could make amends now tried in a first-time hood, while The Brazen One could be an improver now encountering a little cut in the ground and upped to 6f. Chief's Will and Sharp Combo both represent yards that know how to ready one and are the pick of the newcomers on show.

Look Out Louis showed plenty of guts when just holding on at Wetherby on his return to turf last time and he must have another big chance here off a 1lb higher mark. Dark Shot is only 1lb higher than his Epsom second and is a consistent performer to consider, while Kind Review was never on terms at York last week, but this looks slightly easier and he won three of his four before that. However, nothing went right for ARMY OF INDIA at Chester recently and Mark Johnston's unexposed three-year-old could bounce back to the form of his earlier Doncaster third off a 1lb lower mark.

Nigel Tinkler looks to have a strong hand here with Coley's Koko and She's A Deva. The former got the better of Elzaal (second) at Musselburgh on his penultimate start and wasn't disgraced off this rating when last seen, while She's A Deva has been knocking on the door of late. A straight 5f is likely to suit Sicilian Belle, who is the mount of Hollie Doyle and now tried in first-time cheekpieces, with handicap debutant Symbol of Hope also on the radar. However, a chance is taken on NAVAJO SPRING, who caught the eye with the way she travelled through the race when third in a 6f Thirsk maiden last time. She now drops back in distance off a mark 5lb lower than when beaten a neck at Newcastle in the winter. Emirati Dirham, Harswell Prince and Showtime Elle are others to consider in a competitive heat.
